Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role experience in a B2B environment, financial services or banking industry.
- Proven experience in AML Transaction Monitoring and KYC within a Fintech environment.
- Knowledge of the financial crime regulatory framework.
- Previous experience working with AML Transaction Monitoring and KYC systems.
- Experience and expertise with commercial agreements and contracts, especially data processing agreements.
- Understanding the complex interactions of regulatory frameworks in the international finance space.
- Knowledge of data protection regulatory framework and requirements
- Risk management experience and experience with AML / KYC, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption practices and programs.
- Experience in a high-growth team and/or startup experience.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communications, analytical and project management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of products, services, operations and systems and extensive dealing with laws, regulations and regulatory agencies related to assigned areas.
- Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent mainframe systems and software packages.
