Job Title: Coffee Barista
Location: Ikoyi,Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Inform them about specials or new items, answer questions, and accept orders and payments
- Prepare foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods
- Grind and blend coffee beans, brew coffee and tea, and serve items to customers
- Package food and beverages for sale
- Sell coffee and tea blends, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods
- Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / OND / HND
- 2 years experience as a coffee barista
- Communication skills (verbal and written), facilitation, and relationship building skills
- Trusted with the responsibility of administration.
- Ability to work under limited supervision, function under pressure, and execute plans proactively
- Digital skills
- Inventory expertise.
Salary: N50,000 – N55,000 Monthly.
