Overall Job Objective:

  • The Centre Operational Support is responsible for performing any combination of the following duties in the centre;
  • Delivers oral or written messages, ensures that the offices, meeting rooms, kitchen, store room and toilets are clean and are in order, supervises and coordinates the activities in the business lounge.

Duties and Responsibilities in Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Ensures that the office environment is up to standard.
  • Oversees the maintenance and repair of the office property (furniture, electrical and electronic appliances and documentation equipment).
  • Documents all cleaning and maintenance issues into appropriate books.
  • Conveyance of written and oral messages and packages within the office.
  • Ensure that the kitchen is stocked with tea materials at all times.
  • First line of defense for hygiene: washing of crockery, cutlery, emptying of dustbins, cleaning of surfaces, mopping and drying of floors etc. to facilitate health and safety of customers and staff.
  • Assist with administrative duties.
  • Promptly informs the community team of any problems or issues for effective resolution.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the CM.
