The Bible Society of Nigeria is a part of the United Bible Societies (UBS), a worldwide fellowship of Non-Denominational Christian organizations whose main goals include producing and disseminating the Holy Scriptures in a variety of formats to suit the needs of people and translating them into languages that people can read and understand. In order to engage people with the scriptures and raise money for its initiatives, it also offers life-changing programs.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Distribution Assistant
Location: Lagos Mainland,Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Territorial Distribution Officer (TDO) Lagos in his distribution drive covering the assigned locations.
- Ensure requisition for the daily distribution is attended to with the TDO’s guidance promptly.
- Ensure accurate returns of the previous day distribution exercise.
- Ensure right and correct delivery of Bibles to customers.
- Assist in developing market along with the TDO.
Personnel Specification
- Must be a School Certificate holder with at least five credit passes including English and Mathematics at not more than a sitting.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Financial Integrity
- Computer literacy is a must with sound IT knowledge.
- Good numerical and customer relation skills.
- Communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
